What does illegal Alex Vega tell Americans?

"In 20 years, we are going to run the country. Right now we're running the cities. So little by little, we're running the show. Little by little.
So this sleeping giant is already awakened."

As Newsbusters blogger Michael Rule reports, illegal alien Alex Vega made this arrogant comment during a segment on illegal immigration on CBS yesterday morning.

" ... CBS’s Sunday Morning reporter Martha Teichner narrated a piece sympathetic to Hispanic immigrants, and in particular, illegal immigrants. She profiled three Hispanic people, two of whom initially came to the country illegally. One illegal immigrant she profiled (Alex Vega)was defiant of his status, and sounded almost threatening ... "

Here's what I want to know. Did CBS pay these illegals for their participation in this interview, and if so ... can they be fined for hiring known illegal workers?

Read Michael's entire post here.

Three illegals arrested while attempting to obtain airport security IDs

Via the Mississippi Sun Herald:

GULFPORT, Miss. - Three Mexican nationals who used fake identification to obtain jobs were caught when Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport personnel reported the men to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials.

Authorities said the three were trying to obtain airport security identification badges by making false statements when they were arrested. Airports and other pieces of sensitive infrastructure are a priority for Immigration and Customs authorities, officials said.

Jose Jesus Miranda-Guerrero, 20; Nelson Solis-Hernandez, 18; and Marcelo Perez-Martinez, 24, worked for an airport subcontractor.

Federal authorities didn't identify the subcontractor or the type of work involved. The three men were applying for training to get a security badge when they were reported to authorities.
"Because national security is our absolute No. 1 priority, it's imperative that we ... make absolutely sure that the industries that provide for our defense and commerce are not vulnerable to or threatened by individuals who operate under fraudulent identities," U.S. Attorney Dunn Lampton said Friday.

Improvements scheduled at the airport include multimillion-dollar contracts for airfield improvements, new air-cargo and rental-car service facilities and a parking garage.

Illegal Immigrants "good for the economy?"
How about a $62.9 million TRASH bill?

How many times must we listen to our government leaders , who seem to believe we are all stupid, telling us that illegal immigration is essential to our economic survival? Both democrats and republicans alike, will have you believe that our country benefits financially from the never ending flow of "illegal" migrants into the United States, most of whom lack a basic high school education. Fortunately, almost all polls show that 85% of Americans are NOT stupid and are well aware that our representatives are purposely lying to us.

Now, we get this report that the U.S. Bureau of Land Management estimates American tax payers are stuck shelling out approximately $62.9 million ... simply to clean up the TRASH dumped by illegals in the Arizona desert. In this report by Tony Davis of the Arizona Daily Star:

While nobody has an exact cost estimate for removing all the garbage, it's clearly not cheap. But McFarlin agrees with several advocacy groups that without a tightening of controls on illegal immigration, a guest-worker program or other reform of federal border policy, the trash will just keep coming regardless of what's spent.

The financial details:

● In 2002, the U.S. estimated that removing all litter from lands just in Southeast Arizona — east of the Tohono Reservation — would cost about $4.5 million over five years. This count didn't include such trash hotbeds as Ironwood Forest National Monument, the Altar Valley, Organ Pipe and Cabeza Prieta.

● Since then, Congress appropriated about $3.4 million for a wide range of environmental remediation measures in all of Southern Arizona. This includes repairing roads, building fences and removing abandoned cars.

● The five-year tab is $62.9 million for all forms of environmental remediation for immigration-related damage across Southeast Arizona, including $23 million for the first year.

As staggering as this amount is, it is just a tiny fraction of what illegal immigration is costing us taxpayers. Here is a breakdown of what this invasion is costing American citizens, according to the Huddle Report back in 1997:

As published by the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR):

1996 Costs Table from the Huddle Study

Programs

Public Education K-12
$5.85 Billion

Public Higher Education
$0.71 Billion

ESL and Bilingual Education
$1.22 Billion

Food Stamps
$0.85 Billion

AFDC
$0.50 Billion

Housing
$0.61 Billion

Social Security
$3.61 Billion

Earned Income Tax Credit
$0.68 Billion

Medicaid
$3.12 Billion

Medicare A and B
$0.58 Billion

Criminal Justice and Corrections
$0.76 Billion

Local Government
$5.00 Billion

Other Programs
$9.25 Billion

Total Costs
$32.74 Billion

Less Taxes Paid
$12.59 Billion

Net Costs of Direct Services
$20.16 Billion

Displacement Costs
$4.28 Billion

All Net Costs
$24.44 Billion
Other More Recent Estimates

Other estimates have been done on components of the cost of illegal immigration. For example, FAIR estimated in 2003 that the cost of K-12 education for illegal alien children was at least $7.4 billion annually (see Breaking the Piggybank). This would be less than double the about $5.9 billion estimate above, but would be of the same order of magnitude. FAIR's 2004 report on the medical expenses incurred because of illegal immigration (see The Sinking Lifeboat) shows uncompensated costs in excess of one billion dollars.

So common sense would seem to make it quite obvious that it would be almost impossible to believe the nonsense being put forth by the likes of John McCain, Ted Kennedy, Nancy Pelosi, Barbara Boxer, Howard Dean, and Hillary Clinton. What's amazing is the number of Republican officials offering the same garbage. Please! Don't allow them to believe they have you fooled. Please call and write your government officials and let them know that you are aware of the facts. Let them know we will not stand for amnesty, or anything short of 100% border enforcement. And please forward this article on to everyone you know.

Pat-downs at sporting events unconstitutional, according to federal judge

Are you kidding me? Has the world gone completely mad? Where do these judges come from?! According to CBS Sportline.com:

Security "pat-downs" of fans at Tampa Bay Buccaneers games are unconstitutional and unreasonable, a federal judge ruled Friday, throwing into question the practice at NFL games nationwide.

High school civics teacher Gordon Johnson sued the Tampa Sports Authority, which operates the stadium, to stop officials from conducting the "suspicionless" searches. A state judge agreed with Johnston that the searches are likely unconstitutional and halted them.

The case was later moved to federal court, where the sports authority sought to have that order thrown out. Whittemore refused Friday, writing that the pat-downs "constitute unreasonable searches under the Florida Constitution and the Fourth Amendment of the United States Constitution."

Further, Whittemore said the Tampa Sports Authority failed to establish that the risks outweigh the need to protect the public from unreasonable searches.

Just how bad must an attorney be to be unable to show the extreme risk inherited by allowing 50,000 people to enter a football stadium during these times, without pat-downs? And if pat-downs are unconstitutional due to being "suspicionless"... wouldn't that mean searches of backpacks, purses, or water coolers would fit into the same category?

So, I wonder if this will effect security measures at Judge Whittmore's courthouse. Do you think they will stop running backpacks through an x-ray machine before entering the building? Even worse, how stupid must this civics teacher Gordon Johnson be? Does he really want to be walking into a sporting event in which security is not able to do much of anything to prevent Naveed Afzal Haq from sitting next to him wearing a vest filled with C4? What do you think could possibly cause this teacher to prefer to be blown to pieces, rather than submit to a simple pat-down? What does he have to hide? My guess is that he most likely makes a habit of sneaking in a few bottles of alcohol, or maybe even a few ounces of cocaine, but I must wonder if it might be something more sinister such as ... a gun. A man does not go to court and spend that amount of effort simply to fight for the right to die in the name of Allah.

As AOL blogger Scott will prove, I'm sure there are those of you who will probably feel that this decision is fantastic, and that it's a victory for our rights. But I wonder if you will feel that way the next time you're standing in line at a major event just hours after hearing news that a terrorist just blew himself up in a crowded disco, or a wedding party in Israel. Or after listening to another Islamic leader saying they will "bring destruction and death to Americans", and that "our cities will run red with blood."

And if a pat-down at a crowded football game is unconstitutional, then how is it different from a search at an airport? When a security official runs us through an x-ray machine, a medal detector, instructs us to remove our jackets and shoes, or instructs us to open up our bags and pull out the contents ... how can this judge not rule that all airport searches are illegal? The answer might be simply ... that he has not handled that case yet.

What this judge, and so many liberals fail to realize is that the security at football games, or airports, or concerts do not force you to undergo these searches. You have the absolute right to refuse the search, turn around, step out of line, and go home without so much as a single tap on the shoulder by that security guard you're so afraid of ... thereby leaving all of us smart fans to enjoy the game in safety.

By the way! This judge might sound familiar to you. If not, let me refresh your memory from an earlier case.

We should all fear this judge, and any judge like him. He will cost us our lives, and the lives of our children.

Evidence mounts, did Reuters writer fabricate story on Minutemen?

UPDATED!!! Scroll for updates
Earlier this morning I wrote that I had serious doubts about some of the facts reported by Reuters writer Michelle Nichols. I suggested here that she had made up a claim that the minutemen representatives had pushed or shoved members of a counter-protest, and I also expressed my suspicion that she might have completely fabricated a quote, most likely quoting an imaginary person. After reading several additional eye-witness accounts of the protest, I am even more convinced now than before. I would love to hear from Nichols, or maybe from Stephen Durham, who she quoted as a witness and who I believe to be a figment of Nichols' imagination.

Via WorldNetDaily:
Minuteman Project founder Jim Gilchrist and his co-author Jerome Corsi dispute a Reuters report of their book-tour kickoff at Ground Zero in New York City that implied the citizen border-watch group provoked a physical confrontation with protesters.

The second paragraph of a Reuters story by Michelle Nichols said Minuteman members "pushed and shoved members of an immigrant rights group that showed up at the event."
In fact, Gilchrist told WND, it was the radical activist group that launched an assault while he was answering questions from the media. The group of about 125 broke through a police barrier across the street and pushed and shoved members of Gilchrist's entourage, including his wife, before police intervened.

A handful of New York City police officers, trying to protect Gilchrist and his colleagues, quickly whisked them away in cabs.

Read the entire reality-based account here.

If you scroll down to my previous post, you can find links to numerous articles that display this woman's extreme anti-Bush, anti-war agenda. If true, she needs to be held accountable. I have requested a response from Reuters and am awaiting a reply as I would hope her editors might have an interest in verifying that a person she quoted actually exists.

I won't hold my breath.

Don't let this situation be swept under the rug! Write Reuters and let them know how you feel. Write them here.

Read my previous psychic post here.

Update:
Reuters has now magically altered the original story on their online version. New version found here is missing the original second paragraph.

Still no response to my request to Reuters, but they did send me an email saying they had "set up an account for me." Sweet!

Illegal alien supporters mob rush Minutemen

As usual, a legal demonstration by Americans supporting secure borders was interrupted by a mob of obnoxious, threatening, violent, and I am brave enough to say … ignorant thugs.

According to a Reuters report, Michelle Nichols (see note at bottom of post) reports:

Immigration activists clashed at the site of the World Trade Center on Wednesday when an anti-illegal immigration group called for secure borders to avoid a repeat of the September 11 attacks and counter protesters yelled "racists go home."

And as usual, things got violent:

Jim Gilchrist and Jerome Corsi, authors of "Minutemen: The Battle to Secure America's Borders," were whisked away when some immigrant rights supporters broke through a police barrier and scuffled with Minutemen supporters.

Stupid is, is stupid does:

Stephen Durham, one of the alleged counter-protesters, seems to be living in some sort of ACLU virtual reality world, where common sense does not exist. I would also make a bold accusation that he is a trained protester, planted and used by Michelle Nichols to blab out the usual rhetoric. Mr. Durham states …

"I'm really appalled that (the Minuteman Project) would use 9/11 to publicize a plan (to secure U.S. borders) which is fundamentally so unconstitutional and un-American," he said. "We are all immigrants. Immigrant labor built America."

Notice how he manages to hit all the standard anti-American talking points in a single short paragraph?

Never mind that 9/11 was carried out by ILLEGAL ALIEN terrorists who are known to have entered through our southern border. Never mind that nowhere in our constitution does it state that citizens of a foreign country have a right to ILLEGALLY enter our country and ignore our laws. Never mind that we are a nation of LEGAL immigrants, not ILLEGAL immigrants. And just how absurd is it to call American citizens “un-American” for asking “non-Americans” to respect our laws?

**Note: I believe it’s important to point out the history of the Reuter’s writer, Michelle Nichols. A quick Yahoo search reveals her history of writing with an agenda. It’s apparent in this article how she manages to throw in the following line:

“Members of the Minuteman Project, which patrols the U.S.-Mexican border for illegal immigrants, pushed and shoved members of an immigrant rights group that showed up at the event.”

That line, attributed to Nichols herself, rather than any witness, contradicts all other reports of the incident that have the Minutemen representatives being forced to flee the scene due to threats of violence from the violent pro-illegals crashing through police barriers.

UPDATE - North American Union

Dept of Commerce grants Freedom of Information request

Posted as written in WorldNetDaily ...

After missing a deadline, the U.S. Department of Commerce finally has granted a Freedom of Information Act request to obtain complete disclosure of a congressionally unauthorized plan to implement a trilateral agreement with Mexico and Canada that critics say could lead to a EU-style alliance in North America.

The plan is being implemented through an office within the Department of Commerce called the "Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America," under the direction of Geri Word, who is listed as working in the agency's North American Free Trade Agreement, or NAFTA, office.
As
WorldNetDaily previously reported, the White House has established executive branch working groups documented on the Commerce website SPP.gov. The Security and Prosperity Partnership, or SPP, was issued as a joint press statement by President Bush, Mexican President Vincente Fox and then-Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin in Waco, Texas, on March 23, 2005.

Granting of the FOIA request comes after the Commerce Department missed a statutory requirement to respond within 20 businesses days.
The request was
filed by author Jerome R. Corsi on June 19.
Corsi said the Commerce Department's compliance with the request is a major breakthrough.
"We're now going to get the documentary evidence to determine if the working groups in SPP.gov are creating new memoranda of understanding and trilateral agreements that under our Constitution should more appropriately be submitted to Congress as new treaties or laws," he said.

Corsi added that if this turns out to be the case, "we're going to present that evidence to the American people and let them make up their own minds."
Freedom of Information Act Officer Linda Bell mailed the "first interim response" yesterday and promises more response as batches of documents are processed, according to Brenda Dolan, a departmental officer.

Robert McGuire, attorney for Corsi, e-mailed Commerce July17, notifying the agency of the statutory violation in its failure to respond. He then received an e-mail from Dolan indicating the request was being processed. But McGuire asserted the response was unacceptable, saying the department "skipped a deadline required by law."

Michelle Malkin gives her BOO FREAKIN HOO AWARD OF THE DAY

Slave owners who call themselves humanitarians

I’ve always found it amazing how “moral” most liberals see themselves, even as they fight to hold onto everything immoral. While constantly announcing to the world how “good” they are, they order conservatives to “keep your morals to yourselves.”

Last week I saw a college age girl exit a car plastered from bumper to bumper with hypocrisy. Displayed proudly upon the upper rear window was a sticker containing artwork of a Christian cross, with a red circled “X” on top of it that read … “Keep your religion to yourself.” My first thought was why doesn’t she feel it equally important to keep her “lack of religion” to herself? As if that was not bad enough, it wasn’t the only sticker on the car. The entire car was wallpapered with anti-conservative and anti-religious slogans. This girl’s car was nothing but a moving billboard of her views, beliefs, and desires. There was the “Legalize Cannabis,” “Bush is Hitler,” “Pro Choice,” “Pro Child, Pro Choice,” “Free the Palestinians, “Question Authority,” “Make love, not war,” and so many more. She is totally oblivious to how absurd it is that she shoves her every opinion in the world’s face, while telling us to keep our thoughts to ourselves. Again, the standard liberal hypocrisy of … freedom of expression and freedom of speech as long as it doesn’t conflict with their desires. I use the word “desires” rather than “views” because that is what liberal “views” are all about. Their views are slanted, warped, twisted, and manipulated in whatever way needed to support their desires, rather than the other way around.

By now you’re asking yourself “what does all of this have to do with the ILLEGAL immigration issue? To answer that I will point you to an article printed yesterday from the Capitol Times on Madison.com.

John Rosenow: We’re obliged to know the hopes of our employees from Mexico

I believe the headline itself would be enough to make Oprah get emotional, but the depth of Rosenow’s self-congratulatory, self-worshiping can only make one believe that he is the second coming of Christ. Oh wait … I hope I didn’t offend anyone.

Rosenow seems to have actually convinced himself that he hires Mexican workers for humanitarian reasons rather than for the benefits provided by DIRT CHEAP LABOR.
He sobs …

"My wife, Nettie, and I could not believe what we were seeing. Roberto, our favorite Mexican employee for four years, had sent the money he made back to Mexico to build a bakery. We had no idea he had done that."

You see? What a wonderful person he is, creating opportunity and hope to slave laborers everywhere.

It gets worse …

"We had arrived on Dec. 5, 2003, with a program called Puentes, Spanish for "bridges." It was the brainchild of Shaun Duvall, a high school Spanish teacher, and Carl Duley, a UW-Extension agent, from Alma. They saw a new phenomenon in Buffalo County of Mexicans working on dairy farms and only speaking Spanish. Puentes was formed to teach us farmers Spanish and to educate us about the culture of our new work force by taking us to Mexico. The program also evolved to include visits to the villages where our workers' families lived."

Hmmm … let me make sure I have this correct. ILLEGAL aliens enter the United States, Rosenow and his neighboring farmers ILLEGALLY hire these workers for lower than minimum wage, the ILLEGAL workers don’t speak any English, so obviously … Rosenow, through his ultimate caring and Jesus like actions feels it’s the American employer’s responsibility to travel to Mexico and LEARN SPANISH? Uh … why not teach them ENGLISH if you’re so caring? Oh wait. That would be insulting and degrading to force our culture on them.

Rosenow makes an attempt to draw pity from his readers by pointing out how tough a decision it was to hire “Mexicans” …

"Hiring Mexicans was not an easy decision. We wanted to hire local people who lived like us, spoke our language and had dairying in their blood. This worked for a while, but the pool of people to employ dwindled to almost nothing by 1998 as unemployment dropped to less than 4 percent in our area. We were working 96-hour weeks for 50 weeks a year to get everything done."

Did you miss it? Notice the hint of truth to his writing and maybe even an underlying bit of racism? Rosenow doesn’t even catch it himself, but he gives himself away when he writes that “hiring MEXICANS” was not an easy decision. He didn’t say “illegal workers,” or “undocumented workers,” or “cheap laborers.” He actually said that it was a difficult decision to hire MEXICANS. Why? What makes hiring Mexicans any different from hiring whites, or blacks, or Asians, or any other class of worker? Is he saying it was tough to hire ILLEGAL workers, or that he didn’t want to hire MEXICANS?

In the same paragraph he claims he was forced into the hiring due to the fact that “unemployment dropped to less than 4 percent in our area.” Translated, that means he couldn’t find anyone to work for almost nothing. And all this time I thought liberals WANTED a low unemployment rate. It’s so confusing trying to keep up with their needs.

So, there you have it. All those business owners illegally hiring ILLEGAL workers are nothing more than God like missionaries spreading goodness throughout the world. Peace be with them all.

Senator Cornyn scraps "superstate" bill linked to formation of North American Union

According to Jerome R. Corsi on WorldNetDaily:
Responding to information from WorldNetDaily, Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, has taken steps to ensure the Senate will not act on a bill that would further a plan to create a European Union-style alliance in North America.

Cornyn made the decision after WND pointed out Friday the legislation – the North American Investment Fund Act – would constitute an attempt to pass a key piece of American University Professor Robert Pastor's plan to create a "North American Union."

Yesterday, Cornyn's office notified WND the senator had been assured by the Senate Foreign Relations Committee that no action will be taken on Senate bill 3622 in the 109th Congress. If the Senate Foreign Relations Committee does not act, the bill will expire at the end of the term in January.

Where this leaves the future plans of the Bush Administration and their desires to eliminate our country's borders is unclear, but it seems to be a positive step and also gives evidence that the internet "outing" of these secret plans might be causing them concern.

OFF TOPIC - Nobel Peace Prize winner "would love to kill George Bush"

Every once in a while you will see me go off topic on this blog. There are times, like right now, where I find something simply too important to not advertise. There is just no way I can pass on pointing out one of the most obvious examples of liberal hypocrisy I've ever seen, and that would be this story of Betty Williams, former Nobel Peace Prize winner.
According to the The Australian: while speaking to hundreds of SCHOOL CHILDREN at the Earth Dialogues forum being held in Brisbane, Williams had this to say ...

"I have a very hard time with this word 'non-violence', because I don't believe that I am non-violent. Right now, I would love to kill George Bush."

Even more amazing, she followed up that sludge by adding ...

"I don't know how I ever got a Nobel Peace Prize, because when I see children die the anger in me is just beyond belief. It's our duty as human beings, whatever age we are, to become the protectors of human life."

Are you serious?! Can this woman be THIS moronic? Could she really have stated that she believes it's her duty to become a protector of human life in the same breath as "I would love to kill George Bush?" They give Nobel Peace Prizes to just about anyone these days, don't they?

I believe the only thing more nauseating about the story is this ...

"Her young audience at the Brisbane City Hall clapped and cheered."

Now we're dismissing judges ... for deporting illegals???

Even worse, in Los Angeles ... it's just for "threatening" deportation!

Via NBC4.TV:

During the July 14 hearing in Pomona, Fink asked Aurora Gonzalez if she was an illegal immigrant.
Gonzalez, who accused her husband of verbal abuse and threatening to report her to immigration authorities, acknowledged being in the country illegally.
"I hate the immigration laws that we have, but I think the bailiff could take you to the immigration services and send you to Mexico," the judge responded, according to a court transcript. "Is that what you guys want?"
Fink later warned Gonzalez that he was going to count to 20 and expected her to disappear by the time he was finished.
"One. Two. Three. Four. Five. Six. When I get to 20, she gets arrested and goes to Mexico," Fink said, according to the transcript.
Gonzalez left the courtroom and Fink dismissed the case.

Must see video, exposting the real agenda of La Raza

Okay, I have to say that this is just an amazing video found at Google Video. Produced by October Sun Films, it's a full 1 hour, 41 minutes, but if you can find the time I have not seen another video that covers the situation so in depth. Find some time, grab a few more people, pull up some chairs, and relax for a while. Well, I'm not sure how relaxed you can be since portions of it might raise your blood pressure a bit. Pay particular attention as Glen Spencer, Founder of the American Border Patrol, points out the words of some of our government leaders speaking to the National Council of La Raza (The Race). This is all in the first couple of minutes of the film and should immediately convince anyone who doubts that we are in the middle of a systematic invasion. I'd have to add Glen Spencer to my list of people I'd like to meet.

Google Video - This is a MUST SEE video for anyone interested in the immigration debate, whether you are a citizen, an illegal alien or a Congressman. This clip from the longer video, Immigration by the Numbers, features Roy Beck demonstrating the catastrophe of the huge numbers of both legal and illegal immigration by Third World people into the modern nations. He uses standard statistics and simple gumballs to show this disaster in the making.

This video runs a little long, and might be a little dry ... but every person with any interest in this issue should watch the entire length. For those of you who are not quite sure how you feel about the topic ... this SHOULD help you to understand the importance

Why Bush is completely ignoring the immigration issue

Why is Bush ignoring the border issue?

Why are all our leaders pushing amnesty?

Why are employers allowed to hire illegals?

It's really not a mystery! Our Government has absolutely no intention of securing our borders and in fact, they plan on eliminating them completely.

Although a lot of you are already aware of this ... it needs to be repeated until everyone becomes aware of the true intentions of our representatives. This is NOT a conspiracy theory. This information is as true as it gets and can easily be verified on official government websites such as http://spp.gov.

This is fantastic! I wonder if he's ever helped any of these people.

Via the Jawa Report,

From the Associated Press:

Overall, 59 of 94 foreign-born nationals who were either convicted or indicted on terror charges broke federal immigration laws to enter or remain in the country between 1993 and 2004, the report found. It also noted:

_Twenty-two of the 94 either had student visas or other applications approving them to study in the United States; another 17 used visitor visas to enter the country.

_In at least 13 instances, suspected and convicted terrorists overstayed their temporary visas.

_Seven of the 94 were indicted for using false driver's licenses, birth certificates, Social Security cards and immigration records.

_Twenty-one became naturalized citizens.

The report identified many of the immigrants as affiliated with at least one terror organization, including 40 with al-Qaida, 16 with Hamas, 16 with the Palestinian or Egyptian Islamic Jihad, and six with Hezbollah.

Of course!!! SAN FRANCISCO! Stylish masks and all.

While the MS media is busy trying to convince us all that illegal immigrants are nothing but harmless Mexicans searching for work to feed their families … the Immigration and Naturalization Service has estimated hundreds of thousands of these “guest workers” are from middle eastern countries.
As the Center for Immigration Studies points out, even the NY Times printed this info back in 2002:

In its first estimates by nationality of the underground population, the Census Bureau reported that 114,818 Middle Eastern men and women are in the country illegally. That represents a little more than 1 percent of the total number of illegal immigrants who are counted as living in the United States.
The estimates do not include the number of illegal immigrants from Pakistan and from the Arab nations of northern Africa. Immigration officials said there were 40,000 illegal immigrants from Pakistan.
Whatever the grand total, it far outstrips the 6,000 Middle Eastern men recently sought by the Justice Department for ignoring deportation orders.

There’s far more pictures of this amazingly stupid, yet all too common event on Zombie’s website at:

In depth coverage can also be found on everyone’s favorite blogger Michelle Malkin’s site, and she also writes about it in her syndicated column found here.

Gateway Pundit covers a similar display of arrogance and hatred forced upon New Yorkers on Tuesday. Take a look at Jim Hoft’s coverage here and try to understand how New Yorkers vote democratic. Is it because they are scared?

"We have 2,000 volunteers who have registered since last year," Hezbollah spokesman Mojtaba Bigdeli told Reuters yesterday. "They have been trained and they can become fully armed. We are ready to dispatch them to every corner of the world to jeopardize Israel and America's interests. We are only waiting for the supreme leader's green light to take action. If America wants to ignite World War III … we welcome it."

Barack Obama fights to win higher wages for "guest workers" than for Americans

Stunningly, according to Diggers Realm:

"Barack Obama attached an amendment to the Senate "comprehensive Immigration Reform" bill that would require "guest workers" be paid more than American workers. According to the bill a foreign worker would be guaranteed to receive a certain minimum whereas the only requirement for an American worker would be that they receive minimum wage."

Yes, I know I said I was stunned. It was a slip. I'm not at all surprised. What you should also not find surprising is some of the other REPUBLICAN names who are behind it. John McCain calls enforcing our border laws ripe with "underlying racism and xenophobia."

Yeah, okay.

Can we get used to spending "ameros" instead of "dollars?"

Jason Kirby doesn't think it's that big of a deal. What do you think?

Via Jason Kirby at http://www.gold-eagle.com:

In the final analysis, no one should be worried about our money being replaced with the Amero, because (A) the coin money of the Constitution has already been replaced and we have been using their irredeemable debt-based money for a long, long time. We are using exactly the money that the bankers, not the founding fathers, would have us use. The move from the above shown coin money of the Constitution, to that of the Federal Reserve System was unimaginably VAST in terms of its legal, financial, and sovereignty implications. And (B) we are not really being threatened with a second replacement, but only a cosmetic alteration to make it psychologically acceptable to this so-called "Union."

Oh. I feel better now.

Just what exactly IS La Raza, Aztlán, and MEChA?

Via http://www.mayorno.com/WhoIsMecha.html

"MEChA is an Hispanic separatist organization that encourages anti-American activities and civil disobedience. The radical members of MEChA who refer to themselves as "Mechistas," romanticize Mexican claims to the "lost Territories" of the Southwestern United States -- a Chicano country called Aztlan. In its national constitution, MEChA calls for self-determination by its members to liberate Aztlan."

Should you fear it? YES!

Dobbs- North American Union

Lou Dobbs attempts to sum it up. Is anyone listening?

CNN Yanks permission for video!
Hmmm ... once again ... someone throws down a gag order on the subject.
Secret plan to merge United States, Canada, and Mexico
Via Jerome R. Corsi of Human Events Online:

President Bush is pursuing a globalist agenda to create a North American Union, effectively erasing our borders with both Mexico and Canada. This was the hidden agenda behind the Bush administration's true open borders policy.

Secretly, the Bush administration is pursuing a policy to expand NAFTA politically, setting the stage for a North American Union designed to encompass the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.

What the Bush administration truly wants is the free, unimpeded movement of people across open borders with Mexico and Canada.President Bush intends to abrogate U.S. sovereignty to the North American Union, a new economic and political entity which the President is quietly forming, much as the European Union has formed.

Don't believe it? Read on ... http://www.humaneventsonline.com/article.php?id=14965

What's the most frightening section in the plan? Try this, taken directly from Section III of the agreement:

The North American Union is The Plan For Global Governance Of The Entire Continent.

"1) Global governance is the application of universal principles of democracy, order, security and prosperity. Global governance combines state power and corporate resources for rule over the people; it is this state corporatism that directs domestic and foreign policy. "

Mexican military, drug cartels, and gangs are crossing our borders
Via Joseph Farah of WorldNetDaily:

"For years we have seen individuals enter the country illegally," Gonzales testified. "However, recently, we feel that many of these persons are no longer entering the country to look for legitimate employment. We are now seeing that many of these persons are members of ruthless and violent gangs. All of us are concerned that the border with Mexico is being used as the front door to this country and that terrorists are already in our back yard."

He said many illegal immigrants from "countries of special interest" are attempting to blend in with the mostly Mexican population moving across the border.

"In May of this year my office received information that the cartels immediately across our border are planning on threatening or killing as many police officers as possible on the United States side," he said. "This is being planned for the purpose of attempting to 'scare us' away from the border. It is very possible these cartels may form the nexus, or have already formed one, with members of al-Qaida and other terrorist groups."

Up to two-thirds of all fugitive felony warrants were for illegal aliens ... in 2004
Via Heather Mac Donald of the City Journal:

• In Los Angeles, 95 percent of all outstanding warrants for homicide (which total 1,200 to 1,500) target illegal aliens. Up to two-thirds of all fugitive felony warrants (17,000) are for illegal aliens.
• A confidential California Department of Justice study reported in 1995 that 60 percent of the 20,000-strong 18th Street Gang in southern California is illegal; police officers say the proportion is actually much greater. The bloody gang collaborates with the Mexican Mafia, the dominant force in California prisons, on complex drug-distribution schemes, extortion, and drive-by assassinations, and commits an assault or robbery every day in L.A. County. The gang has grown dramatically over the last two decades by recruiting recently arrived youngsters, most of them illegal, from Central America and Mexico.
• The leadership of the Columbia Lil’ Cycos gang, which uses murder and racketeering to control the drug market around L.A.’s MacArthur Park, was about 60 percent illegal in 2002, says former assistant U.S. attorney Luis Li. Francisco Martinez, a Mexican Mafia member and an illegal alien, controlled the gang from prison, while serving time for felonious reentry following deportation.

Although this is an old story, I believe it makes this example even more compelling. As bad as it was when this story was written ... it's far worse now.
